For those of you who are familiar with my work, you know that I love color. What better color is there than nature and especially sunsets? For the last couple of years I have been taking photos of sunsets from my yard. I have captured some fabulous cloud formations but this is the best color I have been lucky enough to photograph at dusk. I thought it looked like fire in the sky. These were actually taken from my living room window hence the screen pattern on some of the photos. I didn't want to take the time to bundle up to go out in the cold.

Marcy! I LOVE SUNSETS AND SUNRISES! They do such incredible things for the sky and the colors are TRULY breathtaking. I'm so easily awed and inspired by them as well. I wish I could paint one, but sometimes pictures just don't do it justice and I'm never ready when I see one. I like it when nature can still take us by surprise; especially in this fast paced world. I'm glad you posted this.
